1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and cx444 ("cx444", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the cx444 website at cx444.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the cx444 platform.

cx444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, cx444 will provide reasonable notice via the website or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the cx444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and cx444.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. cx444 may provide translations for convenience, but the English text is the authoritative version for all legal purposes.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to cx444 and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.

cx444 implements age verification checks at the point of registration. Additional verification may be requested at any time, including — but not limited to — before a first withdrawal is processed, following a flagged transaction, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued photo identification.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to use cx444 is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of cx444 or its affiliated game providers.
• You must have a valid payment method in your own name for the purposes of making deposits and withdrawals.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

cx444 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any existing account where eligibility requirements are not fully satisfied, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial features on cx444, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your identity documents, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on cx444. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or bonuses across those accounts are subject to forfeiture without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cx444 account credentials. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Not sharing your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing cx444 from a shared or public device.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — strongly recommended for all players.
• Notifying cx444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

cx444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials or has shared those credentials with a third party. Players who believe their account has been compromised must contact cx444 support without delay so that the account can be suspended while the matter is investigated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cx444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cx444 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment methods available to individual players may vary depending on account verification status and the player's location within Bangladesh.

Deposits. The minimum deposit at cx444 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the sending institution's processing time. cx444 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully verified, including identity verification and payment method verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. cx444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has triggered a compliance review.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cx444 account.
• cx444 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• cx444 reserves the right to void winnings and confiscate account balances where fraudulent deposit behaviour is detected, including the use of stolen payment credentials or chargebacks.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

cx444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions aligned with BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

Wagering requirements. All bonus funds awarded at cx444 are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time window for completion are stated clearly on each bonus page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time results in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless cx444 specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• cx444 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing a single bet exceeding ৳1,000 while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings at cx444's discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• cx444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have already opted in.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using cx444, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. You must not use the cx444 platform in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of third parties, or interferes with the integrity of the games and betting markets offered on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cx444:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other technology to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform features in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Using information obtained through hacking, data breaches, or insider knowledge of cx444's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using payment credentials that do not belong to you, or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Transferring funds between cx444 accounts or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content through any communication channel associated with cx444.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with cx444's software, servers, or security systems.

cx444 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including — but not limited to — suspending or permanently closing an account, withholding or forfeiting balances, and referring the matter to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

cx444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cx444 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy of cx444.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to cx444.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal against a cx444 transaction.

Player-initiated closure. You may close your cx444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to those funds. Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary closure.

Self-exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gaming, cx444's responsible gaming tools allow you to self-exclude for a defined period (24 hours, 30 days, 90 days) or permanently from your account dashboard. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx444 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cx444 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if cx444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cx444 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, or technical failures may temporarily affect access to games or betting markets. cx444 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of unavailability.

cx444's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cx444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cx444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to cx444's customer support team for resolution. cx444 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
